Luó Jùn 羅濬 (fl. mid-12th century CE) was a Southern Song Buddhist layman from Chángxī County 長溪縣, Fúzhōu prefecture (modern Fújiàn Province), who compiled the Púsà míng jīng 菩薩名經 (KR6i0029, C071n1665), a ten-fascicle systematic catalogue of bodhisattva names drawn from the entire Chinese Tripiṭaka. He assumed the Buddhist sobriquet Cháng Bùqīng jūshì 常不輕居士 (“Lay Buddhist of Constant Non-Contempt”), alluding to the self-designation of the bodhisattva Sadāparibhūta in the Lotus Sūtra, signaling Tiantai/Lotus devotional affiliation. His donation inscription for the Púsà míng jīng is dated Shàoxīng 紹興 29 (1159 CE), providing a secure terminus ante quem for the compilation.

CBDB records a 羅濬 with index year 1144 and juren degree in 1171 (Jiāngxī local gazetteer), plausibly the same person given the overlapping date range, though the gazetteer entry identifies him as from Jiāngxī while the Púsà míng jīng preface identifies Fúzhōu — possibly different individuals, or a migration/inconsistency in the sources.

Luó Jùn 羅濬 (fl. 1226–1227), of Lúlíng 廬陵 (Jiāngxī), Southern Sòng official whose recorded position was Gànzhōu lùshì cānjūn 贛州錄事參軍. He is the principal compiler of the Bǎoqìng Sìmíng zhì 寶慶四明志 KR2k0018 in 21 juan, brought to completion in 150 days during the second year of the Bǎoqìng reign (1226–1227) at the invitation of Hú Jǔ 胡榘, the prefect of Qìngyuánfǔ (Níngbō) — Hú being a fellow native of Lúlíng. The work continues a project begun in the Qiándào by Zhāng Jīn 張津, partially advanced by the school officer Fāng Wànlǐ 方萬里, and completed by Luó. The Wénxiàn tōngkǎo 文獻通考 erroneously gives the compiler’s name as Luó Xuán 羅璿 — a transcription error. The CBDB candidate (id 20478, index year 1144, juren 1171, Jiāngxī Tōngzhì 22.9b) is chronologically plausible (a 1144 index year would make him 82 in 1226 — possible but old; alternatively id 685882, with index year 1193, would have him 33 in 1226 — also plausible). The identification of CBDB id 20478 as the gazetteer compiler is widely repeated but the dating is awkward; we therefore record CBDB id 20478 here as the leading candidate without claiming certainty. The gazetteer compiler Luó Jùn is securely distinct from the earlier Buddhist Luó Jùn entered above (Fúzhōu / Tiāntái-Lotus, fl. 1159).
