Yuán-period official and Rúguān 儒官 from Xiàpī 下邳. He served at the beginning of the Zhìshùn 至順 reign (1330–1333) as Prefect of Chángzhōu 常州 (Chángzhōu zhīshì 常州知事). He authored the Wèi Zhènggōng jiàn xùlù 魏鄭公諫續錄 in two juàn (KR2g0012), a continuation of the Táng Jiànlù of Wèi Zhēng compiled at his Chángzhōu post; the work was first cut in Yuántǒng (1333–1335). He also composed an Yì zhuàn yǎntàixuán 易傳衍太玄 (an Yìjīng commentary in the manner of Yáng Xióng’s Tàixuán), which has not survived separately. The Sìkù editors describe him as “indeed a man of learning fond of the antique.”
