Hú Guǎng 胡廣 (1369–1418), zì Guāngdà 光大, posthumously Wénmù 文穆, was a leading early-Míng Hànlín official and the principal supervisor of the Yǒnglè imperial scholarly compilations. Native of Jíshuǐ 吉水 (Jíān, Jiāngxī). Zhuàngyuán (top jìnshì) of Jiànwén 2 (1400). Held office to Wényuāngé dàxuéshì and Tàizǐ shàoshī. He served as principal compiler of the Yǒnglè dàdiǎn (1404–1408) and the three Wǔjīng / Sìshū / Xìnglǐ Dàquán compilations of Yǒnglè 13 (1415): Wǔjīng dàquán 五經大全, Sìshū dàquán 四書大全, and Xìnglǐ dàquán 性理大全 (KR3a0078). The three Dàquán together established the official Míng curriculum in Lǐxué-orthodox form; their bǎn (printing) became the imperial standard for the Yǒng-lè-period educational system.
