Bō-rě-rě-jié-luó 般若惹羯羅 (Skt. Prajñācakra, “Wheel of Wisdom”; fl. late 8th – early 9th c.) — Indian Tantric master active in late-Tang Cháng-ān, listed in the Zhēn-yuán xīn-dìng shì-jiào mù-lù 貞元新定釋教錄 (T55n2157) and the Japanese Shingon catalogues. He is principally known as the author of the Shèng huān-xǐ tiān shì fǎ 聖歡喜天式法 (KR6j0506, T21n1275), an iconographic-and-mantra digest of the four-direction Joyful-Heaven (Vināyaka) cult, in which the four-syllable seed-mantra (唵 / 爾 / 頡哩 / 忙) is correlated to the four cardinal manifestations of the deity. He is sometimes confused in Japanese catalogues with the better-known Prajñā 般若 (translator of the Forty-fascicle Huá-yán-jīng) and with Prajñābala 般若力 般若力, but is a distinct figure.
No life-dates or biographical record survives.
