Japanese (Edo-period) Buddhist monk; lifedates not preserved (DILA A000536). Active in the early 18th century at Pútíān 菩提菴 in Nánjīng Xīshān 南京西山 (i.e. one of the Edo Tōzai-Yamabe sub-temples conventionally identified as a Yamato foundation under that classical-Chinese style). Produced the huìběn 會本 (interleaved-source-and-commentary edition) of Sòng Yuánzhào’s Shìmén zhāngfú yí yìngfǎ jì (KR6k0214, X1097), with a 1713 (Shōtoku 3) preface by his colleague Dànzhēn 憺真 of the same monastery. The collation belongs to the broader Edo Vinaya-revival movement (Tōdai-ji Kanjō circle, Jiun Sonja 慈雲尊者) that recovered and reprinted Sòng Língzhīsì texts.
