Late Southern Sòng bǐjì author, surname Yè 葉, personal name lost. Known only from Táo Zōngyí’s 陶宗儀 Shuō fú 說郛 j. 17, which attributes 22 entries of the Àirìzhāi cóngchāo 愛日齋叢抄 (KR3j0057) to “Sòng Yè 葉 mǒu” — Sòng Yè ___, without naming him. Lifedates undeterminable. The work is internally dated to the Xiánchún reign (1265–1274) of Dùzōng 度宗, so the author flourished in the last decades of the Sòng. Various modern identifications (with Yè Dàqìng 葉大慶 of the Kǎo gǔ zhì yí, with Yè Tíngguī 葉廷珪) have been proposed but none has won acceptance. The Kanripo catalog meta gives the placeholder name 葉□ (“Yè ___”); used here as the wikilink anchor.
