Northern-Sòng scholar-official, a registrar (zhǔbù 主簿 or similar minor post) of the Chángshā 長沙 district (Húnán), fl. 11th century. Author of Huángdì yīnfú jīng jíjiě 黃帝陰符經集解 (DZ 128), a three-juan Yīnfú jīng commentary whose substance also appears in [[KR5a0111|DZ 111 Huángdì yīnfú jīng shū]] falsely ascribed to Lǐ Quán — Yuán Shūzhēn is the actual author. She is not listed in the Sòng catalogues under the present title, but is connected with a separate zhù 註 in one juan and shū 疏 in three juan to the Yīnfú jīng (VDL 141). No CBDB record was found.
