Southern-Sòng -writer (1121–1175), Dézhuāng 德莊, hào Jièān 介菴, seventh-generation descendant of Wèiwáng Zhào Tíngměi 趙廷美 (Sòng Tàizǔ’s father’s third son, an imperial-clan member). Served as Zhí Bǎowéngé Prefect of Jiànníngfǔ during Qiándào and Chúnxī; ended his career as Zuǒ sī lángguān. The Sòng shǐ Yìwénzhì records his Jièān jí in 10 juǎn, wài jí in 3 juǎn, and Jièān cí in 4 juǎn — most lost; the transmitted Jièān cí KR4j0036 preserves around 142 in one juǎn via Máo Jìn 毛晉’s late-Míng cutting. Famously, Gāozōng on reading Zhào’s Yè jīn mén · Xīhú line bō dǐ xiéyáng hóng shī 波底斜陽紅濕 declared “Wǒ jiā lǐ rén yě huì zuò cǐ děng yǔ” 我家裡人也會作此等語 (“our own household-folk can also produce such language”) — the locus classicus of imperial endorsement of the form within the Sòng clan. Modern editions: collated text in the Quán Sòng cí (Táng Guīzhāng 唐圭璋 ed.).
