Zhào Yǒngnián 趙永年 of Yángzhōu (the Yángzǐ 揚子 of his signature is the conventional Yángzhōu locative). Mid-19th-century literatus. Named as the author of the printer’s preface to KR3eq086 Shìyǐnlú yīxué zázhù, dated Guǐchǒu (1853) early summer. He explains that he urged Wáng Désēn to publish the essays for the public benefit.
