輸婆迦羅 (Shū-pó-jiā-luó) is the direct phonetic transliteration of Śubhakarasiṃha; the same translator is canonically known as 善無畏 (Shàn Wúwèi, 637–735) — see 善無畏 for the full biography. The orthography 輸婆迦羅 appears in the colophon of KR6j0379 (T1158, Dìzàng pú-sà yí-guǐ); 善無畏 is the Chinese semantic-paraphrase form (“Good–Without–Fear” = Śubha-akara + siṃha) used in most other colophons.
