Féng Xíngguī 逢行珪 (also written 逄行珪 in the source) was a Táng minor official who held the post of Magistrate of Zhèngxiàn in Huázhōu 華州鄭縣尉 in the Yǒnghuī 永徽 era of Tang Gāozōng. He is otherwise unknown; his native place is unrecorded in the Sìkù tiyao. He is remembered solely as the annotator of the Yùzǐ 鬻子 (KR3j0001), which he presented to the throne with a memorial dated the 26th day of the 11th month of Yǒnghuī 4 (5 January 654 CE).
