Guō Zhòngchǎn 郭仲產 (fl. Liu Song dynasty, 5th century CE) was a geographic writer, author of both a Qínzhōu jì 秦州記 (KR2k0169) and a Xiāngzhōu jì 湘州記 (KR2k0199). He appears to have served or traveled in both the upper Wei River region (Qinzhou, modern Gansu) and the Hunan region (Xiangzhou). His works are cited in the major Tang-Song encyclopedias. No further biographical details are attested.
