Guō Jìchǎn 郭季產 (LiúSòng, floruit mid-5th century), little-attested early-medieval southern writer credited in the Suí shū jīngjí zhì 隋書經籍志 and both Táng bibliographic treatises with a Jíyì jì 集異記 in 1 juàn (cited in those catalogs as a Sòng-period zhìguài compilation) and a Xù Jìn jì 續晉紀 (5 juàn) — a continuation of LiúSòng historical writing on the preceding Eastern-Jìn period. No biography of Guō Jìchǎn is preserved in the Sòng shū or Nán shǐ; the man is known only from these book-list entries. Neither lifedates nor official career are known. He is conventionally placed in the LiúSòng dynasty (420–479), with his work transmitted into Táng catalogs but lost as unitary text by the Sòng. The principal modern reconstruction of the Jíyì jì is Lǔ Xùn’s Gǔ xiǎoshuō gōuchén 古小說鉤沉.
Within the Kanripo corpus he is the credited author of KR3l0153 Jíyì jì.
