郭頒 Guō Bān was a Jin-dynasty scholar whose biographical details are largely unknown. He compiled the Wèi-Jìn Shìyǔ 魏晉世語 (KR4k0002), a collection of anecdotes about prominent Wei and Jin figures. The work was cited extensively by Péi Sōngzhī 裴松之 in his 429 CE commentary on the Sānguózhì 三國志, where it is quoted alongside other lost Wei-Jin historical miscellanies.
