Dū Yù 都郁
Zì Zǐwén 子文. Father of 都絜 Dū Jié, of Dānyáng 丹陽 (modern Jiāngsū). A Northern- and early-Southern-Sòng local academy teacher (jiàoguān) of Huìzhōu 徽州 who devoted his life to Yì-learning. His own writings on the Yì are not preserved, but the biàntǐ hermeneutic systematized in his son’s Yì biàntǐ yì 易變體義 (KR1a0027) is described by Dū Jié as based on what he had heard from his father.
