Yínxiàn Yuánshì 鄞縣袁氏 (“Master Yuán of Yínxiàn”) is the collective Yuán-family physician lineage of Yínxiàn 鄞縣 (modern Yínzhōu 鄞州 in Níngbō 寧波, Zhèjiāng). The lineage produced the Yuáncù yàolùn 原瘄要論 (KR3ej050) — preserved together with parallel paediatric manuscripts from the Shěn 沈 and Yú 虞 families of the same region. The catalog records the work’s authorship as Yínxiàn Yuánshì zhuàn 鄞縣袁氏撰 with no individual physician’s personal name; this is consistent with late-Qīng family-lineage manuscript paediatric practice in the Níngbō region. The preface attributes the cùzhěng 瘄症 (measles-and-eruption) clinical discussion to a tripartite editorial integration of the Yuán-family, Shěn-family, and Yú-family manuscript traditions.
