A foreign monk known only from his attribution as the translator of the Shíliù dà luóhàn yīnguǒ shíjiàn sòng (KR6r0006). Modern Sanskrit reconstructions of the name vary: most often Jñānatāra or Jñānatāka. No biographical data, dates, or other translations are securely associated with him; some modern scholarship has suspected that the work is a Chinese composition disguised as a translation, in which case 闍那多迦 may be a fictive persona.
