Chén Jǐngyí 陳景沂 (fl. mid-13th c.), hào Féidùn 肥遯, native of Tiāntāi 天台 in Táizhōu 台州 (Zhèjiāng). His career is not recorded in standard biographical sources; Hán Jìng’s Bǎoyòu 1 (1253) preface to his one surviving work describes him as a Tiāntāi recluse who travelled widely in JiāngHuái and possessed a remarkable visual memory. His one surviving work is the Quánfāng bèizǔ jí 全芳備祖集 (KR3k0028), the most comprehensive Sòng-period botanical lèishū — 27 juan on flowers (qiánjí) and 31 juan on fruits, vegetables, grains, trees and medicinal plants (hòují) — which the preface claims was once submitted to Lǐzōng’s court.
