Chén Hùān 陳笏庵 (fl. late 18th c. 清), Qiánlóng-era obstetrical specialist. Recorded as the author / compiler of Tāichǎn mìshū 胎產秘書 (KR3ei054) on the strength of the published edition’s attribution. The 1809 preface by Hé Róng 何榮 (古虞杏園) of Gǔyú reports that he received the secret manuscript from his teacher Chén Wùān 陳勿庵 — Hùān/Wùān phonetic correspondences suggest these may be variant transcriptions of the same person.
