Chén Shùnyú 陳舜兪 (d. 1074), Lìngjǔ 令舉, hào Báiniú jūshì 白牛居士 (from his residence at Báiniúcūn), of Wūchéng 烏程 (Húzhōu, Zhèjiāng), was a Northern Sòng official and topographical writer. Jìnshì of Qìnglì 6 (1046); first-place winner of the Special Examination of Jiāyòu 4 (1059); rose to Dūguān yuánwàiláng. As Magistrate of Shānyīn County in the Xīníng era, he refused to implement Wáng Ānshí’s Qīngmiáo (Green Sprouts) law and was demoted to Tax Inspector at Nánkāng. During this exile he undertook a 60-day systematic field-tour of Mt. Lú with the retired official Liú Huàn 劉渙 (1000–1080), composing the Lúshān jì (KR2k0084) — the principal Northern Sòng monograph on Mt. Lú. He died in 1074 still in demotion.
