Suí Yángdì 隋煬帝 (Yáng Guǎng 楊廣, 569–618) — second emperor of the Suí dynasty, reign 604–618. A major patron of Buddhism, including the establishment of the Huìrì dàochǎng 慧日道場 in Yángzhōu where Jízàng composed the Sānlùn xuányì.
