Língtài 靈泰 was a Tang-period Cí’ēn / Fǎxiàng commentator known principally for the 16-fascicle KR6n0042 Chéng wéishí lùn shū chāo 成唯識論疏抄 (X50n0819) — a sub-commentary on Kuījī’s KR6n0026 shùjì. He was a direct disciple of 窺基 (632–682) and later of 慧沼 (648–714), and his work consequently transmits the orthodox Cí’ēnsì tradition more or less directly. The Sòng gāosēng zhuàn 宋高僧傳 (KR2m0019 T2061, j. 4) gives a brief notice but no precise dates; he is conventionally placed in the late seventh and early eighth century, contemporaneous with Huìzhāo and the elder generation of 智周. His other works are mostly lost.
