Mǎ Guóhàn 馬國翰
Zì Cíxī 詞溪 (also 竹吾 Zhúwú). Qīng 清-period kǎozhèng 考證 scholar and jíyì 輯佚 compiler, native of Lìchéng 歷城 in Shāndōng. Jìnshì of 1832; held a succession of prefectural posts in Shǎnxī. His monumental Yùhán shānfáng jíyì shū 玉函山房輯佚書 — 594 reconstructed titles in roughly 700 juàn, compiled and printed posthumously (final form 1883) — is the most ambitious single Qīng jíyì compilation: it gathers fragments of lost canonical, philosophical, and historical works from quotations preserved in Táng lèishū 類書, zhèngyì 正義 sub-commentaries, and later citation collections. The Yì section alone reconstructs lost commentaries by 卜商 Bǔ Shāng (Zǐxià), 孟喜 Mèng Xǐ, 京房 Jīng Fáng, 陸績 Lù Jì, and many other Hàn and post-Hàn masters.
