Mǎ Qí 馬齊 (Manchu Maci of the Magiyaca / 馬佳氏 clan; Èndūfū 恩都府; 1652–1739), early-Qīng Manchu Grand Secretary and one of the most senior civil officials of the Kāngxī–Yōngzhèng–Qiánlóng transition. Bordered Yellow Banner; son of the Kāngxī-era Board of Revenue President Mishan 米思翰 (1632–1675). Rose through the Imperial Household and the Boards (兵部尚書 1689, 戶部尚書 1690s) to become Grand Secretary (武英殿大學士 1699) and Captain-General of the Imperial Bodyguard (領侍衛內大臣). One of the four Manchu plenipotentiaries who negotiated and signed the Treaty of Kyakhta (1727) demarcating the Sino-Russian frontier.

A central figure in the Kāngxī succession dispute: Mǎ Qí led the Manchu faction supporting Aisin Gioro Yìnsì 胤禩 (“the Eighth Prince”) as Kāngxī’s successor and was consequently demoted on Yōngzhèng’s accession in 1722–23, before being partially rehabilitated under Qiánlóng. He is the compiler of Yǎngshēng mìzhǐ 養生秘旨 (KR3eo005) — an anthology of canonical Hàn yǎngshēng texts drawn together during his retirement / disgrace period (probably 1715–1735). Also held overall editorial supervision of the Lìfǎ tǒngzhì 曆法統志 (1690s) and the early phases of the Bāqí tōngzhì 八旗通志.
