Late-Tóng-zhì-era Sìchuān literatus of Shuāngliú 雙流 (Chéngdū prefecture); a neighbour and close acquaintance of the physician-poet 劉仕廉 Liú Shìlián, with whom he conversed on poetry and medical doctrine. His sole documented role is as the preface-writer (Tóngzhì 13 / 1874) of Liú’s KR3er098 Yīxué jíchéng 醫學集成; the preface dates the publication and identifies Liú as the actual author of the work. The catalog metadata for KR3er098 erroneously lists Luò himself as the author.
