Huáng Mǐn 黃閔 (fl. Southern Qi dynasty, 479–502 CE) was a geographic writer who served as a local official in the Wuling region (modern western Hunan). He is the author of a Wǔlíng jì 武陵記 (KR2k0181), a substantial geographic record of the Wuling commandery, preserved in fragments cited in the Hòu Hàn shū commentary and major Tang-Song encyclopedias. No further biographical details are attested.
