Qí Dézhī 齊德之 (fl. 元), Yuán-period imperial-medical-bureau official-physician with the title Yī xué bóshì chōng Yùyào yuàn wàikē Tàiyī 醫學博士充御藥院外科太醫 (Medical Erudite, Filling the Imperial Pharmacy’s External-Medicine Imperial-Physician Position). Author of the Wàikē jīngyì 外科精義 (KR3e0064, 2 juan; the SKQS tíyào opens “1 juan” — a slip in the SKQS text; catalog and present recension are 2 juan) — the principal Yuán-period external-medicine treatise. The work was wrongly appended to the Dōngyuán shíshū 東垣十書 (Ten Works of Dōngyuán) by Míng commercial-publishers — leading to the SKQS tíyào’s correction noting that Lǐ Gǎo had no external-medicine practice and that the Wàikē jīngyì is therefore a misappropriated work in the Shíshū corpus. Sūn Yīkuí’s Chìshuǐ yuánzhū 赤水元珠 perpetuates the misattribution as “Dōngyuán’s Wàikē jīngyì” — a serious error. Qí has no further transmitted biographical record.
