Fú Chén 伏琛, an Eastern Jin dynasty 東晉 (317–420 CE) author whose biography is entirely unknown. He is known only through his single attributed work, the Sān Qí lüèjì 三齊略記 (KR2k0162), a brief geographic record of the Shandong region. The work is cited by Lì Dàoyuán 酈道元 in the Shuǐjīng zhù 水經注 (*c.*527 CE), establishing an Eastern-Jin or early Southern-dynasty date. No further biographical information is available.
