Yú Tīnghóng 余聽鴻 (zì Jǐnghé 景和, 1847–1907), late-Qīng physician of Chángshú 常熟 (Jiāngsū), of the Mènghé–Wú-region medical tradition. Author of Yú Tīnghóng yīàn 余聽鴻醫案 and Zhèngbiàn lù 證辨錄. Engaged with 吉益為則 Yoshimasu Tōdō’s kohōha positions in the late-Qīng Chinese reception of Japanese Edo medicine (KR3eq037).
