侯果

Hóu Guǒ 侯果

Also written 侯行果 Hóu Xíngguǒ in some sources. Mid-Táng Yì scholar, active in the Kāiyuán 開元 era. Held office as Director of the Imperial Academy (Guózǐ jìjiǔ 國子祭酒). His Zhōuyì zhù 周易註, in the xiàngshù 象數 line, is one of the most heavily cited Táng-period Yì commentaries preserved in 李鼎祚 Lǐ Dǐngzuò’s Zhōuyì jíjiě (KR1a0008); the original is otherwise lost.
