Mid-Kāngxī administrative-reform scholar; native of Qiántáng 錢塘 (modern Hángzhōu). Hào Cúnzhāi 存齋. From gōngshēng (tributary student) rose to HúGuǎng Bùzhèngsī cānyì (Vice-Director of the Húguǎng Provincial Treasury). Earlier served as Vice-Censor of Hénán; later as Vice-Director of Jīngnán Dào. Compiler of the Huāngzhèng cóngshū 荒政叢書 (KR2m0048) (1690), the principal Qīng compendium of famine-relief literature, and author of the appended YúnXiāng zhènjì shìyí and Bǔ huáng jíyào. Active fl. 1690.
