Liú Liáng 劉良 (fl. 718) was a Tang scholar, son of the Director of Waterways (dūshuǐ shǐzhě 都水使者) Liú Chéngzǔ 劉承祖. He was one of the five collaborators recruited by Lǚ Yánzuò 呂延祚 to compose the Wǔchén jízhù Wén xuǎn 五臣集註文選, presented to Tang Xuánzōng on the tenth day of the ninth month of Kāiyuán 6 (718). His commentary on the Wén xuǎn is preserved in KR4h0003. He is otherwise unattested in the standard histories; CBDB has no biographically secure entry under this name in the Tang. Nothing of his life is known beyond his role in the Five Officials’ editorial circle.

(Several later persons of the name Liú Liáng — including a SòngYuán 劉良 d. 1280 and a Ming 劉良 b. 1445 — appear in CBDB but are unrelated to the Tang commentator.)
