Shǐ Jìnchén 史搢臣 (fl. mid-19th c., late Qīng), Qīng clinical-pharmacological writer, author of the Yuàntǐ yīhuà 願體醫話 (“Medical-Talk with the Body’s Will”) — a series of practical clinical-and-pharmacological observations focused on emergency-rescue and rare-syndrome material. The yuángǎo (original manuscript) was preserved by Xǔ Lǐngsān 許領三 and donated to 王士雄 (Wáng Mèngyīng), who collated and published it in the early 1850s as KR3ed140 Jiàodìng yuàntǐ yīhuà liángfāng. Shǐ’s Yuàntǐ yīhuà is one of the principal mid-19th-century works in the practical-clinical yīhuà (medical-talk) sub-genre — alongside the works of Wáng Mèngyīng and Hé Liánchén. Sparse further biographical record.
