Shǐ Jiǎn 史簡 (active mid-Kāngxī period, Wénlìng 文令), of Póyáng 鄱陽 (modern Póyángxiàn, Jiāngxī). Local scholar; compiler of the Póyáng wǔjiā jí 鄱陽五家集 KR4h0165 — a 15-juǎn anthology gathering the biéjí of five Póyáng poets from the late Sòng / Yuán transition through the early Míng: Lí Tíngruì 黎廷瑞 (Sòng jìnshì 1271), Wú Cún 吳存 (Yuán Yányòu 1314 jǔrén), Xú Ruì 徐瑞 (SòngYuán transition), Yè Lán 葉蘭 (YuánMíng transition; drowned himself rather than serve the Míng), Liú Bǐng 劉炳 (early Míng official). The compilation is the standard pre-modern source for these five regional poets, several of whose collections survive only through Shǐ Jiǎn’s preservation. No CBDB record; standard biographies are thin. Shǐ Jiǎn’s work belongs to the Qīng tradition of regional / local anthological preservation parallel to Hú Wénxué’s Yǒngshàng qíjiù shī KR4h0162 and Shěn Jìyǒu’s Zuìlǐ shī xì KR4h0163.
