Zhōu Yíguān 周詒觀 (hào Xiāngmén 湘門, fl. 1800–1830, 清), mid-Qīng physician active in the late-Jiāqìng / Dàoguāng era. According to the preface to his sole transmitted work, Zhōu had pursued the civil-examination track without success and turned to medicine in mid-life, studying under two teachers identified as Lúnwēng 綸翁 and Shùhuìwēng 樹蕙翁. Author of the Mìzhēn jìyīn 秘珍濟陰 (KR3ei035), a three-juǎn verse-mnemonic gynecology printed in 1830 (Dàoguāng 10) through the sponsorship of his grandson Zhōu Xiùměi 周秀美. The Fàn Zhòngyān maxim “if not a good minister, then a good physician” is cited in the preface as motto. No further biographical detail located.
