Quān Chēng 圈稱 (fl. Eastern Han, late 2nd century CE) was a geographic writer, author of the Chénliú fēngsú zhuàn 陳留風俗傳 (KR2k0164), a record of the customs and notable persons of Chénliú Commandery 陳留郡 (modern eastern Henan). His first name 稱 is sometimes read as a different character in variant editions. No further biographical details are attested; his work survives only in fragments preserved in medieval encyclopedias.
