Guīfēng Yuánzhōu 圭峰元周
Late-Míng Buddhist monk, associated with Xuānchéng 宣城 in Nán-Zhílì (modern Ānhuī). Compiler of the Kǔhǎi fúnáng 苦海浮囊 (“Floating-bag-on-the-sea-of-suffering”), a daily-use Vinaya verse anthology cited as a forerunner of 性祇 Xìng Qí’s Píní rìyòng lù (KR6k0258, X1114). Apparently distinct from the much earlier Tang Huáyán-Chán master Guīfēng Zōngmì 圭峰宗密 (780–841), who shares the Guīfēng place-style. No independent biographical information preserved.
