Jūnrú 均如 (Kyunyŏ, 923–973)

Early Goryeo (高麗) Korean monk and the foremost systematizer of the Hwaeom 華嚴宗 (Huáyán) school in the tenth century. Author of numerous commentaries on the works of Wǒnhyo, Ŭisang, and the Tang Huáyán patriarchs, and of the celebrated Pohyŏn sibwŏn ka 普賢十願歌 (“Songs of the Ten Vows of Samantabhadra”), a cycle of eleven Hyangga poems on the Huáyán bodhisattva ideal. His commentarial corpus is preserved in the Kyunyŏ taesa hwaŏmhak chŏnsŏ 均如大師華嚴學全書.
