Mèng Yǐ 孟顗
Eastern Jìn official, Inner Historian (內史) of Wú Commandery (吳郡), who together with the Right Guard General 褚叔度 Chǔ Shūdù served as principal lay donor (檀越, dānapati) for 佛馱跋陀羅 Buddhabhadra’s 418–420 translation of the 60-fascicle [[KR6e0001|Dà fāngguǎng fó huáyán jīng 大方廣佛華嚴經]] at the Dàochǎngsì 道場寺 in Jiànkāng. His patronage is recorded in the closing colophon of the work. Lifedates unrecorded.
