Sūn Mò 孫默 (1623–1678), zì Wúyán 無言, hào Huángyuè shānrén 黃岳山人, a bùyī (commoner) of Xiūníng 休寧 in Huīzhōu. Lived in Guǎnglíng 廣陵 (Yángzhōu); famously poor but a passionate connoisseur and patron of the early-Kāngxī cí revival. Walked thousands of lǐ to meet each fellow-poet; would forgo a meal to buy a fine cí-collection to print. Edited the Shíwǔ jiā cí KR4j0076 (37 juǎn) over fourteen years (Kāngxī jiǎchén / 1664 → Kāngxī dīngsì / 1677), starting as a 3-author collection (Zōu Zhìmó 鄒祗謨, Péng Sūnyù 彭孫遹, Wáng Shìzhēn 王士禎) and successively expanding to 6, then 10, then 15. The Sìkù tíyào endorses Wáng Shìzhēn’s portrait of him from the Jūyì lù 居易錄. CBDB 75963 gives 1623–1678.
