Dìnghuì (no firm dates), a Tang-period monk of Mt Sōngshān 嵩山 Huìshàn-monastery credited in the anonymous Fóshuō Léngqié jīng chánmén xītán zhāng (KR6i0335) with translating the xītán-zhāng 悉談章 (siddham primer) into Chinese phonological verse aligned with Kumārajīva’s lǔ-liú (魯留) phonology. The figure may be conflated or pseudonymous; he features in the early-Chán Léngqié-school pedagogical tradition.
