Xiǎobǎn Yíngshēng 小阪營升 / Kosaka Genyū 小阪元祐 (fl. early 19th c., 清 / Edo-Bunsei period), Edo-period Japanese physician of the Kameyama 龜山 medical lineage. Inherited a six-generation transmission of the Míngtáng acupoint tradition from his grandfather Yùchí xiānshēng 玉池先生. Author of the Jīngxué zuǎnyào 經穴纂要 (KR3ee043, in 5 juan, ca. 1810–1830), a systematic comparative-philological acupoint catalog drawing on Chinese and Japanese sources. The “營升” form in the Chinese-medical catalog is a sinification of the Japanese personal-name reading. Catalog meta dynasty 清 reflects Chinese-bibliographic reception.
