Shītuópánnī 尸陀槃尼 (Skt. Dhṛtakavarman or Śīlabhattanikā; DILA Authority A000088) was a Sarvāstivāda Abhidharma master described as an arhat (āluóhàn 阿羅漢) and credited with composing the Pípóshā lùn 鞞婆沙論 (KR6l0012, T1547), an early Vibhāṣā commentary on the Jñāna-prasthāna Abhidharma root text. His dates are entirely unknown; he belongs to the Kaśmīra Sarvāstivāda commentarial tradition, probably in the first to third centuries CE. Nothing further is known of his biography.
