Northern-Sòng official and disciple of Liǔ Kāi 柳開, zì Huìzhī 晦之, of Jiānglíng 江陵. Jìnshì of Xiánpíng 3 / 1000 — the same year his teacher Liǔ Kāi died. Held the Tàicháng bóshì and Lǐbù lángzhōng posts. Edited Liǔ Kāi’s Hédōng jí KR4d0002 in 15 juǎn, supplying the xíngzhuàng 行狀 (carried as the 1-juǎn appendix) and overseeing the first printed edition. CBDB 18342, lifedates 970–1018. (CBDB also lists a Táng-period 張景, id 13792, and a number of homonyms — the early-Sòng disciple of Liǔ Kāi is unambiguously CBDB 18342.)
