Péng Yùnzhāng 彭蘊章 (1792–1862), zì Yǒngé 詠莪, hào Zhuótáng 琢堂. Native of Chángzhōu 長洲 (Sūzhōu prefecture, Jiāngsū); jìnshì of 道光 15 (1835); a major mid-Qīng statesman who served as Jūnjī dàchén 軍機大臣 (Grand Council member) under Xiánfēng. Named in the front-matter of KR3eq085 Shènjí chúyán 慎疾芻言 as the printer’s-preface author who, late in life, encountered Xú Dàchūn’s lay-medical treatise and sent it to be printed at the Róngchéng (Fúzhōu) block-print shop “to give it wider circulation”. His own collected works are titled Sōngfēng yuèjūnlóu shī wén jí 松風閣詩文集.
