Xú Bólíng 徐伯齡 (fl. Tiānshùn 1457–1464 through Chénghuà 1465–1487), Yánzhī 延之, self-styled “Gǔshàn” 古剡; native of Shànxiàn 嵊縣 (or ancestral seat there, with Hángzhōu residence). A learned mid-Míng shānlín literatus, never holding office. His friend Zhāng Xī 張錫 (Tiānshùn 1462 jǔrén) wrote his biography under the sobriquet Tuòguānshēng 籜冠生 (“Mr. Bamboo-Sheath-Cap”). Described as broadly learned, skilled in calligraphy, the qín, and music theory. His sole surviving work is the bǐjì / shīhuà compilation Yín jīng juàn 蟫精雋 (KR3j0152) in 16 juàn (recorded in the Qiānqǐngtáng shūmù as 20 juàn). Not to be confused with the late-Míng Chóngzhēn gēngchén (1640) jǔrén of the same name, of Hángzhōu, who held office as Yǒngshòuxiàn jiàoyù.
