Kuàibiàn 快辨 (Jp. Kaiben) was an eighteenth-century Shingon-school monk at the Kongōsanmai-in 金剛三昧院 on Kōyasan 高野山, host of the young 法幢 Hōdō during the latter’s residence at the Kongōsanmai’s student-monks’ hall. He wrote the preface (dated Hōreki 13 / 1763) to Hōdō’s Āpídámó Jùshě Lùn Jīgǔ (KR6l0027, T2252).
