Sītǎn 思坦, hào Tóng-zhōu 桐洲 (also referenced as Tóng-zhōu Tǎn 桐洲坦). Sòng (or Yuán-transition) Buddhist exegete; lifedates unrecorded. His sole transmitted work is the Lèngyán-jīng jí-zhù 楞嚴經集註 in 10 fascicles (KR6j0676, X11 no. 268) — a jí-zhù (“collected-annotations”) compilation on the Śūraṃgama-sūtra. The DILA Person Authority assigns the dynasty as 宋, and the work is conventionally placed in the late Southern-Sòng commentarial efflorescence on the Lèngyán; however, the prefatory matter to the printed edition records that the manuscript was carried north and made available for printing in Huáng-qìng rén-zǐ = 1312 CE (皇慶壬子歲) by the Yuan-period Bān-ruò shì-lì 般若室利 (a Gāo-chāng 高昌 Uyghur monk), placing the editio princeps in the early Yuán under the patronage of the Yuán court’s Tibetan-Uyghur Buddhist establishment.

The work is sometimes referenced in later Lèngyán commentarial literature as the Tóngzhōu Lèngyán jízhù 桐洲楞嚴集註 to distinguish it from the various jízhù compilations on the same sūtra by other compilers.
