Zhěān Huìbīn 者菴惠彬 (lifedates unrecorded), Southern-Sòng Chán monk of Nándàng 南蕩 (location unclear, perhaps in Zhèjiāng). Hào Zhěān 者菴. Known only through his surviving work Cónglín gōng lùn 叢林公論 (KR6q0158, X64 n1268), a short pastoral-polemical treatise on the state of the Chán monastic forest. Preface to the text by his friend Zōnghuì 宗惠 (of Yùkuí yán 芋魁巖) is dated Chúnxī 16 (1189) late spring, indicating Huìbīn’s active period in the 1180s.
