Chéngrú 成如, Zǐyōng 子雍 (“Childlike Harmony”); often referred to as Zǐyōng Chéngrú 子雍成如 or Bìxiá Zǐyōng 碧霞子雍 / Yǒngqìng Zǐyōng 永慶子雍 from her abbacies. Female Chán master ( 尼) — one of the few female-authored yǔlù in the Jiāxīng Canon, alongside KR6q0428 (Xínggāng), KR6q0552 (Chāokē), KR6q0553 (Chāochēn). LínjìYángqí dharma-heir of Gǔlǜ Fàn 古律範禪師. Born 順治五年 = 1648/49 Gregorian (per the bǐngzǐ 1696 verse in juan 1: “sìshí jiǔ nián chūn” 四十九年春 = age 49 in 1696, hence b. ~1648); death year unknown. Native of Jīngménzhōu 荊門州 (Húběi); lay surname Zhōu 周.

Formation. Reserved in speech and laughter from childhood. Took tonsure under Bǔrén 補仁和尚. Practiced cānjiū over 20 years, visiting many famous teachers; finally received yìnzhèng (sealing) from Gǔlǜ 古律.

Abbacies (three). Yǒngān 永安, Hóngēn 洪恩, Yǒngqìng 永慶 (the principal seat — possibly also called Yǒngshòu 永壽 in the yǔlù serial subtitle).
